Designed by a plastic surgeon, The Keller Funnel is a soft, sterile cone-shaped device made of nylon that Dr. Parson will use to insert the silicone gel implants into the breast pocket during a breast enhancement procedure.

Not only does the Keller Funnel reduce the risk of infection, but also allows Dr. Parson to make smaller incisions as well as use larger implants (up to 800cc).
Depending on a woman’s anatomy, Dr. Parson can now deliver the implant around the nipple, under the breast fold, or under the arm. Less force on delivery means less stress on the implant shell, which lowers both short and long-term complications of implants.
