Patient is a 33-year-old female who decided to have her implants removed with total Capsulectomy with peri-areolar mastopexy with fat transfer. Explant with total capsulectomy removes the breast implants as well as the entire capsule surrounding the implant. She had 340cc of fat transferred to her breasts. Had the patient not had a fat transfer she most likely would have been a large A. With the fat transfer she is a Mid C Cup.
