Patient is a 37-year-old female who acquired breast deformity as a child and had left implant placement for under development as a teenager. Now, she presents with significant asymmetry with grade II ptosis and capsular contracture on the right side. She came to see Dr. Shaun Parson to discuss capsulectomy implant exchange, augmentation, bilateral mastopexy and to also discuss her tummy concerns. After a very detailed consultation at our Scottsdale office patient decided to undergo Right capsulectomy, right implant exchange, right mastopexy, left breast augmentation mastopexy, abdominoplasty and liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. Patient is post op about 7 months in pictures.
