This 14-year-old pleasant young man who was unhappy with his "puffy nipples" he likes to weight lift and felt that nothing he would do would help. He and his parents came to a consultation with Dr. Shaun Parson who is an expert surgeon and highly experienced with gynecomastia surgery. He presented with redundant tissue under his nipple areolar complex. He is 5'11 and 165 pounds. He was an excellent candidate for removal of gynecomastia and elected to do so. He had his procedure at an accredited outpatient surgical center in Scottsdale, AZ. Pictures are 3 months post op.
