66 year old male after weight loss and with loss of breast elasticity became dissatisfied with his chest appearance. He presented Grade 3 Gynecomastia. After a breast reduction consultation with plastic surgeon, Dr. Shaun Parson, patient elected to have liposuction and removal of gynecomastia.
