Patient is a 41-year-old male who was interested in having removal of gynecomastia. Patient sought out board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Shaun Parson to discuss this procedure. Dr. Parson has performed hundreds of gynecomastia procedures and has really become known as the "go-to" surgeon for both liposuction and gynecomastia. This patient presented with type 2 gynecomastia and also had bit of skin redundancy. He booked a consultation and felt that after discussing the procedure with Dr. Parson, that he could possibly achieve better chest contour. Patient elected to undergo the procedure and Dr. Parson was able to use internal suturing techniques to gather the skin and play patient in a lifted position without having to do a major lift.
