Patient is a 70 year old female who came to see board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Shaun Parson in Scottsdale, AZ for a consultation for a “face refreshment“. The patient desired correction of facial aging with either a facelift, necklift or both. After a detailed consultation with Dr. Parson, where they discussed risks, benefits, and all options, the patient elected to undergo a facelift along with fat transfer to the face.
