Patient is a 67-year-old female who came to see Dr. Shaun Parson, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Scottsdale, AZ. She previously had a mini-facelift, and upper blepharoplasty (from another surgeon about 10 years ago). She still was unhappy with the loose skin around her cheeks. She wanted correction and was interested in a facelift as well as Blepharoplasty. Dr. Parson and patient decided together that she would be a great candidate for a facelift, lower blepharoplasty as well as fat transfer to her tear troughs.
