Patient is a 56 year old female who came to see cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Shaun Parson for a consultation regarding her eyes and face. Patient had bowling, loss of volume in the cheek region, falling of some of the volume of her fatty tissue that was on her cheek that is now down above the nasolabial fold. After a detailed consultation where they discussed risks, benefits and all options, patient elected to undergo a quad blepharoplasty as well as a facelift with fat transfer to the face. Patient is two months post op in photos.
