This patient is a 52-year-old female who decided to have her implants removed. The patient had implants placed at a different practice in 2022 and was unhappy with the results. After a detailed consultation, the patient decided to undergo a bilateral total capsulectomy with explantation along with bilateral mastopexy and fat transfer.
