Breast Explant Patient 26

The patient is a 74-year-old female who decided to have a total capsulectomy with breast explant and breast lift. Explant with total capsulectomy removes the breast implants as well as the entire capsule surrounding the implant. This patient started having breast augmentations and procedures back in 1987. After multiple capsular contractures and health issues, she decided it was time for the implants to be removed.  Dr. Shaun Parson is an expert board-certified plastic surgeon with numerous experiences with explant procedures.
