Breast Explant Patient 19

The patient is a 49-year-old female who decided to have her implants removed with total Capsulectomy. Explant with total capsulectomy removes the breast implants as well as the entire capsule surrounding the implant. This patient decided to just have her implants removed without any sort of lift or fat transfer. Both are options, but not desired by all patients.  Dr. Shaun Parson is an expert board-certified plastic surgeon with numerous experiences with explant procedures.
