Explant Patient 12

Patient is a 29-year-old female who decided to have her implants removed with total Capsulectomy with peri-areolar mastopexy. Patient did extensive research on explantation surgery and found Dr. Shaun Parson, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Scottsdale, AZ. Explant with total capsulectomy removes the breast implants as well as the entire capsule surrounding the implant. Most often, after the implants are removed, the patient will need some sort of lift, this was a peri-areolar mastopexy.
