This 68-year-old female patient wanted to address the laxity of buttock skin after weight loss. After a detailed consultation with board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Shaun Parson of Scottsdale, AZ, she explained his desired outcome to Dr. Parson, they reviewed before and after photos and discussed various options. The patient decided to undergo a buttock lift with excision of excess buttock skin. Her procedure was performed at an accredited outpatient surgical center in Scottsdale, AZ.
