Patient is a 40 year-old female who sought out Dr. Shaun Parson of Scottsdale, AZ to have breast revision surgery. She had a previous breast augmentation about 20 years ago which were saline implants placed under the muscle. She was unhappy that the implants were placed too far both inferior and lateral. She was happy with the size, wanted slightly bigger but wanted improvement in her overall cleavage line. Patient also had a bit of asymmetry with her nipple and her implants had bottomed out. After a detailed consultation with Dr. Parson, patient decided to undergo a bilateral capsulorrhaphy implant exchange with periareolar incision. Her procedure was performed at an accredited outpatient surgical facility in Scottsdale, AZ. Her post-op photos are 2 months out.
