Patient is a 54-year-old who found breast revision expert Dr. Shaun Parson in Scottsdale, AZ. She was interested in having a breast revision to exchange her original 25-year-old saline implants. Her implants were placed on top of the muscle. Patient was experiencing pain on her left side. During her consultation, Dr. Parson discussed with her the options and also noted she had a grade 3 out of 4 capsular contracture on her left side. She had a 1+ on her right side. After going over everything in detail, and discussing switching her implants from saline to gel and going below the muscle patient decided to undergo the breast revision surgery. She is shown 2 months post-op.
