Patient is a 67-year-old who found breast revision expert Dr. Shaun Parson in Scottsdale, AZ. She was interested in having a breast revision to exchange her implants that were placed two years ago by a previous surgeon. The patient felt that the implants were too big but in actuality, she needed the implants placed under the muscles so she could obtain the fuller, higher appearance she was hoping for. During her consultation, Dr. Parson discussed with her the options. She elected to have a bilateral implant exchange with mastopexy and placement of galaflex. She is shown 2 months post-op.
