Breast Lift with Augmentation Patient 22

The patient is a 32-year-old female who was unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts. This patient had 10-year-old saline implants that she wanted to replace. Since she had saline implants, the best order of practice was to deflate her implants so she could see where she would be and if a lift was necessary. This also allows for the skin to retract and help with the overall outcome of surgery. She elected to undergo an augmentation with breast lift in hopes of improving her upper pole fullness and the overall shape of her breasts. The patient underwent a breast lift with silicone breast implants at an accredited outpatient surgery center. Pictures are 2- months post-op.

Implant Type: Silicone – smooth round

Implant Size: 360 cc

Implant Placement: Submuscular
