Patient is a 53-year-old female who desired larger fuller breasts in a more lifted position. Patient wanted to learn more about breast lift as well as breast augmentation. She was referred to Dr. Shaun Parson in Scottsdale, AZ. After her detailed consultation, where she and Dr. Parson discussed various options and reviewed many before and after photos,  patient decided to undergo bilateral mastopexy breast augmentation with 250 cc gel implants. She was very happy with the improvement of the upper poles and overall shape of her breasts.
