Patient is a 54-year-old female who decided to have her implants removed with total Capsulectomy with periareolar mastopexy and nipple reduction. Explant with total capsulectomy removes the breast implants as well as the entire capsule surrounding the implant. This patient also had a nipple reduction which turned out amazing! Most often, after the implants are removed, the patient will need some sort of lift, this was a periareolar mastopexy.
