52 year old patient desired a body lift after having massive weight loss. Patient underwent gastric bypass surgery and had over 130 pound weight loss. Though she was thrilled with the weight loss, she did not like how her body ended up looking. Plastic surgeon, Dr. Parson had a very detailed and educational body lift consultation with patient. Patient elected to undergo a belt lipectomy, which has enhanced the shape of her tummy and flank area. This was combined with liposuction and a bilateral thigh lift. Patient stayed overnight with nurse directed care for ease of recovery.
