This patient is a 42-year-old female who decided to have her implants removed. The patient had 14-year-old silicone implants that she wanted to explant. After a detailed consultation, the patient decided to undergo a bilateral total capsulectomy with explantation along with a peri-areolar (donut mastopexy).
