Patient is a 69-year-old female who came to see Dr. Shaun Parson, board-certified plastic surgeon in Scottsdale, AZ. She wanted correction to wrinkling in her face and was interested in a facelift. During her consultation, Dr. Parson noted perioral rhytids and jowling along with platysmal banding and deepening of the nasolabial folds. After their detailed consultation patient elected to undergo a facelift with perioral dermabrasion.
