Patient is a 57 year old female patient who presented as a 38DD and is 5' 5" 170 pounds. She has back pain and was interested in bringing her breast size down. She would like her size to be more of a big B/ small C. After a detailed consultation with Dr. Shaun Parson, cosmetic surgeon in Scottsdale, AZ she decided to undergo a bilateral mastopexy reduction. Patient is very happy with the final results and is doing well. Patient is shown one month post op.
