Patient is a 68 year old female who had breast reconstruction surgery 12 years prior. Patient had an intracapsular rupture and has some pseudo ptosis on the right hand side and presented with some asymmetry. She was looking to get a full breast revision procedure done. After a very detailed consultation where they discussed various procedures and options patient elected to move forward with bilateral capsulectomy, bilateral implant exchange, left capsulorrhaphy and a right mastopexy revision. Patient is very happy with her results and looks great. Patient is about 1 month post op.

Implant Placement: Submuscular
