Patient is a pleasant 63-year-old female patient who presented with previous saline implants that are in place and had a 4/4 capsular contracture with significant superior pole fullness. She was referred to breast revision board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Shaun Parson. After a lengthy consultation where they discussed her overall desired outcome and options, patient decided to undergo a bilateral capsulectomy with bilateral implant exchange in a submuscular position. Patient wanted to be a bit smaller in size so she opted for 371 cc silicone implants. Patient recovered fully and is pictured here 11 months post op.
