38 year old female breast cancer survivor underwent a combination case where both a bilateral mastectomy was performed and in addition tissue expanders were placed by Dr. Shaun Parson, plastic surgeon in Scottsdale, AZ. The tissue expanders are placed to prepare the body for the second stage surgery where the expanders are replaced with breast implants. During this second procedure nipple reconstruction was also performed with nipple tattooing as the final stage.
